Order processing takes 1–3 business days.

Shipping usually requires 5–15 business days to most of the countries we deliver to. Some exceptions may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas.

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the purchase date, you are entitled to request a refund.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Returns can be made for any reason, and no explanation is required.

To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
